BACKGROUND
Interactive Legal Search was founded in February 1996,(incorporated in April 1996) by (Ms.)Gay Carter, a recruiter experienced in the technology recruiting field since 1982, and in the legal recruiting arena since 1990. Her goal was to develop a legal recruiting firm that provided quality recruiting services to fortune 100 companies and top level law firms that seek the best legal talent in the field.

This year, Interactive Legal Search is celebrating it's twelfth year of success, and has enjoyed the opportunity to assist clients in filling positions ranging from law firm associates and in-house junior attorneys, to law firm partners and in-house General Counsels. Successful international transactions include filling General Counsel positions in Japan and Latin America, and staff attorneys throughout Latin America, Canada and England.
